1. The gift card can be used for cleaning work by FlexyCleaners Ltd.
  2. In the case of order the cleaning, the holders must identify themselves as the gift card holder and quote gift card number at the time of booking.
  3. The gift card numbers are the sole responsibility of the holder, FlexyCleaners Ltd. does not accept responsibility for gift card numbers that are lost or mislaid, protect them as you would cash.
  4. 3, 4 and 5 hours gift cards may be used for one time only. 6, 7 and 8 hours gift cards may be used for one or two times only. 9, 10 and 11 hours gift cards may be used for up to three times. 12, 13 and 14 hours gift cards may be used for up to 4 times.
  5. Minimum one-time booking is 3 non-break hours of cleaning.
  6. Cash refunds are not permitted. Gift cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  7. All online vouchers will be confirmed by email. The number included in that email is your gift card.
  8. Gift card number must be presented at booking.
  9. Gift card numbers that have been shared and used by others cannot be reused.
  10. Cancellation of a placed booking accepted 72 hours before the booked time only. If the cancellation request received in 72 hours before the booked time, FlexyCleaners Ltd. has the right to take the booked hours from the gift card balance.
  11. The Total price of the gift card will be debited from your bank card, credit card or PayPal account at the time of purchase.
  12. Where the gift card exceeds the value of €200.00 FlexyCleaners Ltd. reserves the right to contact the purchaser in the interest of security.
  13. Gift cards may not be resold.
  14. Data collection and use are subject to the privacy policy of FlexyCleaners Ltd. Specifically, data is only collected for the purposes of completing or supporting an activity, namely the gift card purchase or the booking process. No other use is made of the collected personal information, and in particular, the information is never passed to third parties without permission.
  15. FlexyCleaners Ltd. reserves the right to refuse redemption of a gift card and request alternative forms of payment if a gift card is fraudulently obtained or used.
  16. FlexyCleaners Ltd. reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of the gift cards at any time without notifying the holders.
  17. Gift cards are non-transferable and can be used as part or full payment but no change will be given.
  18. Any remaining balance can be left on the gift card and used on future bookings.
  19. All bookings with gift cards are subject to availability.

  21. FlexyCleaners Ltd. will not be held liable for cards which have been lost or stolen.
